• Ensure all machinery and equipment is fit for purpose with regular testing and applicable certifications. 
• Provide staff training to ensure we have the highest quality of safety and knowledge for the jobs we perform. 
• All workplace accidents and incidents are reported and reviewed. 
• All staff understand their individual health and safety responsibilities relevant to their role in Craneworks. 
• Craneworks is a drug and alcohol free workplace. All employees are expected to undertake all requested drug and alcohol tests requested by Craneworks and our Clients. These tests will be carried out for approval of induction into sites, random testing may also be carried out.
